Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. We use very few of them, and the only ones that need your permission are the advertising cookies described below.
Do you need to consent?
The cookies we need to run the site — keeping your booking, taking a payment, remembering your cookie choice — are strictly necessary and do not require consent. Our advertising tag does, so it is switched off by default: nothing is loaded for advertising or measurement until you press "Accept". If you decline, the booking system, forms and every page still work exactly the same.
We use Google Consent Mode, which means the tag starts in a denied state on every visit and is only granted permission if you accept. We do not use analytics profiling, social media pixels, session recording, heatmaps or cross-site tracking.

Changing your mind
You can change your choice whenever you like — nothing is permanent.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and turn on "Do Not Track" or a global privacy control signal, which we respect as a decline. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the booking form working.
