    Terms & Conditions

    Last updated: September 6, 2026

    These terms are the agreement between you and ORO Automotive when you use this website or book any service. By booking, you accept them. Please read the cancellation and liability sections carefully.

    1. Who we are

    ORO Automotive, trading as ORO Automotive, is an Indiana limited liability company operating a mobile detailing service based in Middlebury, Indiana. We travel to the customer; we do not operate a shop open to the public.

    2. Quotes, prices and estimates

    • Every price on this website is a starting price for a vehicle in average condition. Prices shown for cars do not apply automatically to SUVs, vans, trucks, boats or RVs.
    • Heavy soiling, pet hair, sand, mold, smoke damage, biohazards, excessive size or oversized wheels may raise the price. We will tell you the revised price before starting and you may decline.
    • All prices are subject to change. Sales tax is added where Indiana law requires it.
    • A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

    3. Payment and deposits

    • Most bookings require a 10% deposit to hold the slot. The balance is due when the work is finished.
    • We accept card payments through Stripe. Cash or pay-on-site arrangements are available where we have agreed to them in advance.
    • Maintenance plan members keep a payment method on file and are charged the member price after each service instead of a deposit.
    • Unpaid balances may be referred for collection, and you are responsible for reasonable collection costs.

    4. Scheduling, cancellations and no-shows

    • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment by calling or texting (574) 213-2605.
    • Deposits are non-refundable, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
    • If nobody is present, the vehicle is inaccessible, or there is no safe place to work, the appointment counts as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
    • We may reschedule for severe weather, illness, equipment failure or unsafe conditions. If we cancel, your deposit is refunded or moved to the new date, whichever you prefer.

    5. What you need to provide

    Because the work happens at your location, you agree to provide:

    • legal permission to perform the work at that address — you confirm you own the vehicle or are authorized to have it serviced;
    • a safe, reasonably level place to park and work, with enough space around the vehicle;
    • access to the vehicle, including keys where needed;
    • removal of personal belongings, valuables, cash, firearms, medication and child seats you do not want handled. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

    We supply our own water and power. If a property, landlord or HOA prohibits mobile service, it is your responsibility to know that before we arrive.

    6. What detailing can and cannot do

    Detailing is cleaning and cosmetic care, not restoration or repair. Results depend on the age and condition of the vehicle. We cannot promise to remove every stain, odor, scratch, swirl, water spot, burn, tear, oxidation or stone chip, and some damage is permanent. Old stains can reappear as material dries, and cleaning can reveal pre-existing damage such as failing clear coat, cracked leather or worn trim. Odor treatments reduce odor; they do not guarantee its permanent elimination. Any timeframe we mention for a wax or paint sealant is an estimate based on normal use and weather, not a warranty.

    7. Liability

    We take care with your property and we will make right any damage we actually cause. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, aftermarket or previously repaired parts, failing paint or clear coat, loose or broken trim and emblems, cracked plastics, worn upholstery, water intrusion through faulty seals, mechanical or electrical faults, or items left in the vehicle. Report any concern within 48 hours of the service, with photos, so we can inspect it. To the maximum extent Indiana law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as lost time, rental costs or diminished value. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

    8. Rain policy and reclean promise

    If it rains within 72 hours of an exterior detail, we will come back and rewash the exterior once at no charge, subject to availability in our schedule and to weather that allows it. This is a courtesy offer, not a warranty, and it does not apply to interior-only services.

    9. Photos

    We may photograph vehicles we work on and use those photos to show our work. We will not publish anything that identifies you, and license plates are excluded or obscured. Tell us before or during the appointment if you do not want photos of your vehicle used, and we will honor it. Referral program participants give photo consent separately as part of that form.

    10. Referral program and maintenance plan

    The referral program and the invite-only maintenance plan have their own rules shown on their pages. Those rules form part of these terms. We may change or end either program at any time, without affecting a reward already earned or a service already booked.

    11. Website use and intellectual property

    The text, photographs, layout and branding on this site belong to ORO Automotive or are used with permission. Do not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Do not attempt to break into, overload or scrape the site or its booking system. Prices, availability and descriptions may contain errors, and we may correct them; an obvious error does not oblige us to perform a service at the wrong price.

    12. Communications

    By giving us your phone number and email, you agree that we may contact you about your booking by call, text or email. Message and data rates may apply. Marketing messages are only sent if you asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.

    13. Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Elkhart County, Indiana. Before filing anything, please contact us — nearly everything can be sorted out with a phone call.

    14. Other terms

    If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you book, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
